News: SteamOS is LIVE! Go Check it Out!

Steam’s repo for SteamOS is finally up, albeit haven taken a beating of the last day.  One of the sites carrying the repo links is omgubuntu here.  The two methods to install SteamOS could not be easier.  You’ll have your choice of a smaller recover USB installation, or a full blown Clonezilla based recovery image.  Steam is providing a full FAQ to the mix, so be sure to read that as well to cover all your bases.  This will only get better as time goes along, and the benefits will pour out over multiple avenues, not just to the advancement of Valve and Steam.

Happy gaming!

Same here, I will be posted a potential workaround for those who do not have a UEFI motherboard, such as my 2010 cheap mobo for my current Ubuntu based SteamBox.
